Thirty years of cooking. One truck built for discovery.

Chef Rodney Pruitt’s path through restaurant, hotel banquet, and institutional kitchens shaped a cooking style rooted in technique and open to the world. Flavor Passport brings that experience to a rotating menu of international street-food favorites.

The first destination is Hinesville, Georgia, with plans to serve the wider Liberty County, Pooler, and Savannah area.
